Residential Project Management
Whether it is a new build house or adding an extension to an existing property:
Meeting with our clients to discuss the possibilities and processes of the planned works.
Help finding an Architect (If already have one in place)
Help in obtaining planning permission.
Preparing a budget cost plan.
Help with tendering to contractors and providing a tender analysis.
Producing a programme of works.
Monthly or fortnightly meetings to ensure that the project is keeping to the programme. Also ensuring that the budget and quality are being achieved.
Finalising the project to ensure all the legislation has been met.
Commercial Project Management
Working with the developer or the contractor company on the construction project:
Meeting with our clients to discuss the possibilities and processes of the planned works.
Development of project plan & programme or works.
Producing a Construction Management Plan
Pre-construction: Planning permission, licences and regulation compliance, cost plans, procurement of designers and contractors or suppliers
Regular monitoring of the project through meetings, site and factory visits, project reports and valuations.
Finalising the project. Producing Operating and Maintenance manuals the project.
